  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Feel free to substitute fresh garlic if available.
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika Regular paprika can be used, but flavor will differ.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder Fresh onions can work if finely diced.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil Any mild oil will do.
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce Soy sauce can be an alternative.

  • Start by measuring out your seasoning ingredients: salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and onion powder. Finely chop some fresh parsley.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey with your measured seasoning mix, olive oil, and Worcestershire sauce. Gently mix until just combined.
  • Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions. Shape each into patties that are about ¾ inch thick, pressing a thumb indent in the center.
  • Set your air fryer to 350°F and allow it to preheat for a few minutes.
  • Place the patties in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6 minutes, flip, and cook for another 6 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Let the burgers rest for 1-2 minutes after cooking. Serve on toasted buns with your favorite toppings.

Notes

Optional: Add a slice of melted cheese on top during the last minute of cooking for an indulgent touch.
