How to Make Air Fryer Honey Garlic Salmon

  • In a bowl, whisk together 1 tsp minced garlic, low-sodium soy sauce, and honey until glossy. Divide into two equal portions — one for marinating the salmon and one for finishing the dish.
  • Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Brush half the marinade over both sides and let them absorb flavors for 20-30 minutes at room temperature.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for about 3-5 minutes.
  • Place marinated salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket. Cook for 7-8 minutes until cooked through.
