Ingredients
  

For the Salmon

  • 4 fillets Salmon Filet Choose skin-on for extra moisture and flavor.

For the Crust

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated.
  • 1/2 cup Panko Breadcrumbs Progresso brand recommended.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1/4 cup Chives Finely minced.
  • 1 tablespoon Thyme Leaves, roughly chopped.
  • 1/4 cup Parsley Chopped finely.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest Freshly grated.

For the Binding

  • 1/4 cup Salted Butter Softened.
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed.

For Serving

  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley For garnish.
  • 2 slices Lemon Slices For garnish.

Directions

  • In a bowl, combine panko, Parmesan, garlic, chives, thyme, parsley, and lemon zest.
  • Whisk together softened butter and lemon juice until fluffy.
  • Set your oven to 425°F.
  • Pat the salmon dry and place it skin-side down on a lined baking sheet.
  • Generously brush half of the lemon-butter on the salmon.
  • Mix remaining butter with breadcrumb mixture until damp but not wet.
  • Firmly press the breadcrumb mixture onto the top of the salmon.
  • Cook the salmon for 20-25 minutes until the crust is golden and the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  • Let the salmon rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Optional: Serve with a drizzle of extra lemon juice or a sprinkle of fresh herbs.
