  • 1 medium Bell Pepper finely diced
  • 1 small Red Onion finely diced

  • 1/4 cup Kalamata Olives pitted and halved
  • 1/4 cup Feta Cheese crumbled

How to Make the Best Greek Cottage Cheese Bowl

  • Start by halving the cherry tomatoes, dicing the cucumbers, finely dicing the bell peppers, and chopping the red onion and dill. Make sure to pit and halve the Kalamata olives as well.
  • In a spacious bowl, combine the cottage cheese with half of the finely chopped dill and gently fold to ensure even distribution.
  • Top the cottage cheese with the prepared veggies, sprinkle with salt and pepper, then scatter the halved olives and crumbled feta on top.
  • Add remaining chopped dill on top and drizzle with olive oil. Let it sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
