Ingredients
  

  • - 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • - 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • - 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • - ¼ cup Caesar dressing
  • - ¼ cup Parmesan cheese shredded or shaved
  • - ½ cup crushed croutons optional
  • - 2 large flour tortillas

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in skillet with olive oil until golden and cooked through (5–6 minutes per side). Let rest, then slice.
  • Warm tortillas briefly in skillet or microwave.
  • Toss romaine with Caesar dressing, cheese, and croutons. Add chicken and mix.
  • Divide filling between tortillas. Fold sides in and roll tightly.
  • Serve immediately or wrap for later.

- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
- Add avocado or tomatoes for variation.
- Chill filling if prepping ahead for firmer wraps.
