Ingredients
  

  • - 1 lb ground chicken
  • - 1 large egg
  • - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • - ½ tsp garlic powder
  • - ½ tsp onion powder
  • - ½ tsp sea salt
  • - ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • **Toppings:**
  • - ½ cup pizza sauce
  • - 1½ cups shredded mozzarella
  • - ½ cup diced green bell pepper
  • - ¼ cup sliced jalapeños
  • - Fresh basil and crushed red pepper optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix chicken, egg, cheese, and seasonings in a bowl.
  • Spread into a 10–12 inch circle. Smooth the edges.
  • Bake for 22–25 minutes until golden.
  • Raise temp to 425°F. Add toppings in layers.
  • Bake 8–10 more minutes. Broil 1–2 mins if desired.
  • Rest 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish if desired.

- Spread crust thinner for a crispier texture
