How to Make Chocolate Kodiak Cake Protein Muffins

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Prepare a standard muffin tin with liners or give it a light coat of cooking spray.
  • Combine the chocolate protein drink, Kodiak Cakes muffin mix, and room temperature eggs in a medium bowl. Stir gently until just combined.
  • Fill each muffin cup about three-quarters full, using roughly ¼ cup of batter per well.
  • Bake for 18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
