Ingredients
  

For the Sandwich

  • 1 piece Croissant Toasted for maximum crispiness.
  • 1 slice Gouda Cheese Can substitute with cheddar.
  • 4 oz Deli Turkey Freshly sliced from the deli.
  • 2 slices Bacon Cooked until crispy.
  • 1 slice Tomato Pat dry to avoid sogginess.
  • 1 leaf Lettuce Romaine or green leaf recommended.
  • 2 slices Red Onion Thinly sliced.

For the Spread

  • 1 tbsp Honey Mustard Can substitute with favorite mustard.
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise Full-fat version recommended.
  • to taste Black Pepper Sprinkle lightly.

For the Crunch

  • 1 oz Kettle Chips Add just before serving.

Cooking Steps

  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook bacon until crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel to drain.
  • Slice the croissant horizontally and place it on a baking sheet cut-side up. Toast in a preheated 350°F oven for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  • While the croissant is warm, spread honey mustard on the bottom half and mayonnaise on the top half.
  • On the bottom half of the croissant, add a slice of gouda cheese to melt slightly.
  • Layer on turkey, bacon, tomato, lettuce, and red onion.
  • Lightly season with black pepper and place kettle chips on top before closing the sandwich.
  • Cut the sandwich diagonally and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pickle on the side. Keep croissant crispy by toasting properly.
