Ingredients
  

  • **Base**
  • - 1 stick unsalted butter melted
  • - 1 cup light brown sugar
  • - ½ cup granulated sugar
  • - 2 large eggs
  • - 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • - 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • - 1 tsp baking powder
  • - ½ tsp ground ginger
  • - ½ tsp salt
  • - ¾ cup white chocolate chips plus ¼ cup for topping
  • - 1 cup dried cranberries plus ¼ cup for topping
  • **Frosting**
  • - 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • - 4 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • - 3 cups powdered sugar sifted
  • - ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • - 1 tsp orange zest
  • **Drizzle**
  • - ¼ cup white chocolate chips melted
  • - 1 tbsp orange juice optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line and grease a 9×13" baking pan.
  • Whisk butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, ginger, and salt.
  • Combine dry and wet ingredients. Fold in chips and cranberries.
  • Spread into pan and bake for 25–30 mins. Cool completely.
  • Beat frosting ingredients until fluffy. Spread on cooled base.
  • Chill for 90 mins. Drizzle melted chocolate and top with cranberries and chips.
  • Lift out, slice into bars, and serve!

Notes

- Chill before slicing for best results
- Store in fridge up to 5 days
- Freeze base (unfrosted) up to 3 months
