  • Prepare the Mango: Place frozen mango in a food processor and pulse until it begins to break down.
  • Add Sweetness: Pour in maple syrup and lime juice over the mango, blending together.
  • Blend Until Creamy: Blend until smooth, running the processor for about 1 minute.
  • Enjoy or Freeze: Enjoy immediately for a soft-serve or freeze for 2-3 hours for a firmer texture.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container. Let thaw for 10-15 minutes if too hard to scoop.
