  • 1 cup cottage cheese Small curd for a smooth texture.
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley Can swap for cilantro.
  • 2 each scallions Both white and green parts.
  • 1 clove garlic Freshly minced.
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice Freshly squeezed.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin Optional for flavor boost.
  • 1/4 cup milk Use plant-based for dairy-free.
  • salt To taste.

Steps

  • Halve and scoop the ripe avocados and add to a bowl. Mix in lime juice immediately.
  • Mince garlic, slice scallions, and chop parsley.

  • Transfer to a bowl and stir in milk gradually until desired consistency is achieved.
