Creamy Cajun Chicken Penne Pasta

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • - 8 oz penne pasta
  • - 1 lb chicken breast sliced
  • - 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • - 1 tbsp olive oil
  • - 1 clove garlic minced
  • - 2 cups heavy cream
  • - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • - Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden and cooked through (6–8 minutes).
  • Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  • Pour in heavy cream. Simmer and thicken for 3–5 minutes.
  • Add pasta and Parmesan. Stir to combine and coat.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

- Adjust spice level with more or less Cajun seasoning
- Add spinach or bell peppers for extra nutrients
- Reheat with a splash of cream or broth to restore sauce texture
