For the Toppings

Preparation Steps

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, almond butter, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth and well combined.
  • Line an 8x10 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Pour the yogurt mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly to about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
  • Quickly scatter the chopped almonds and chocolate chips on top, pressing down gently to adhere them into the yogurt mixture.
  • Place the pan in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours, or until the bark is completely solid.
  • After freezing, let the bark sit at room temperature for 1-2 minutes before breaking it into pieces.

Notes

Serve with fresh berries for an added refreshing twist.
