Preparation

  • Prep the Pan: Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix Ingredients: Melt softened butter in a saucepan over low heat; add eggnog, vanilla extract, and rum extract.
  • Combine Dry Ingredients: Stir in sifted powdered sugar, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg; mix until smooth.
  • Transfer to Pan: Pour the fudge mixture into your prepared pan, spreading it evenly to about 1/2 inch thick.
  • Set the Fudge: Let your fudge cool at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
