For the Veggie Medley

  • 1 cup Red Bell Pepper Substitute with yellow or orange bell peppers if desired.
  • 1/4 cup Diced Jalapeños Fresh for added heat; omit for milder dip.
  • 1/2 cup Black Olives Can replace with green olives for a tangy taste.
  • 1 cup Fire-Roasted Corn Canned, fresh, or frozen corn works well.
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions Chives can be used for a milder flavor.

Preparation Steps

  • In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning mix until smooth.
  • Stir in the diced red bell pepper, jalapeños, black olives, fire-roasted corn, and diced green onions.
  • Spoon the mixture into a serving dish. Optionally, chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  • Garnish with extra green onions before serving.

Notes

For added richness, drizzle with a touch of olive oil before serving.
