Ingredients
  

  • #### For the Salmon:
  • - 1 lb salmon fillet skin removed, cut into cubes
  • - ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • - 2 large eggs beaten
  • - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • - 1 tsp salt
  • - 1 tsp garlic powder
  • - 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • - ½ tsp black pepper
  • - ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • - Oil for frying
  • #### Bang Bang Sauce:
  • - ½ cup mayonnaise
  • - 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • - 1 tbsp sriracha
  • - 1 tsp lime juice
  • #### Garnish:
  • - Chopped chives or green onions
  • - Lime wedges

Instructions
 

  • Prepare 3 breading bowls: flour, eggs, and panko + seasonings.
  • Coat each salmon piece in flour, egg, then panko mixture.
  • Heat oil in skillet over medium-high.
  • Fry salmon bites 3–4 mins per side. Drain on paper towels.
  • Mix sauce ingredients in bowl.
  • Toss fried salmon in sauce or serve on the side.
  • Garnish with herbs and lime. Serve hot.

Notes

- Bake at 425°F for a lighter version
- Great for tacos, bowls, or sliders
- Sauce can be made ahead
