Ingredients
  

  • - 4 salmon fillets skin-on
  • - ¼ cup honey
  • - 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • - 3 garlic cloves minced
  • - 2 tbsp olive oil
  • - Green onions chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Rinse and pat salmon fillets completely dry.
  • Whisk honey, soy sauce, and garlic in a small bowl.
  • Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear salmon skin-side down for 4 minutes.
  • Flip and brush with half the glaze. Cook 3–4 more minutes.
  • Drizzle with remaining glaze. Garnish with green onions.
