Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
skin-on
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves
minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Green onions
chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Rinse and pat salmon fillets completely dry.
Whisk honey, soy sauce, and garlic in a small bowl.
Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear salmon skin-side down for 4 minutes.
Flip and brush with half the glaze. Cook 3–4 more minutes.
Drizzle with remaining glaze. Garnish with green onions.
