  • Arrange the breaded mushrooms in a single layer on a plate or tray and freeze for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the lard or palm oil to 340°F while the mushrooms chill.
  • Fry the mushrooms directly from the freezer in the preheated oil for approximately 2 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Drain the fried mushrooms on a paper towel-lined plate and sprinkle with sea salt while warm.
