Ingredients
  

For the Chips

  • 2 medium Zucchini firm
  • 2 large Eggs beaten until frothy
  • 1 cup Almond Flour superfine
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
  • 1 tsp Salt adjust to taste

For the Seasoning

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika or smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Slice the zucchini into thin 1/8-inch rounds.
  • Preheat your oven to 425°F or your air fryer to 400°F.
  • Pat the zucchini rounds dry with paper towels.
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs until slightly frothy.
  • In another bowl, combine almond flour, Parmesan, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and pepper.
  • Dip each zucchini slice into the egg wash and then coat with the almond flour mixture.
  • Arrange the zucchini chips in a single layer in the air fryer basket or on a baking sheet.
  • Cook for 8 minutes in the air fryer or 12 minutes in the oven, flipping halfway through.
  • Let the chips cool for 2-3 minutes before serving warm.
