  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Smoked paprika adds extra flavor.

How to Make Tasty Keto Zucchini Chips

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F or heat your oven to 425°F.
  • Slice zucchini into thin 1/8-inch rounds and pat them dry to remove excess moisture.
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs until well combined and slightly frothy.
  • In another bowl, combine almond flour, parmesan, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Dip each zucchini slice into the beaten egg, then coat with the almond flour mixture, pressing gently.
  • Arrange the coated zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket or on a baking sheet.
  • Air fry for 8 minutes or bake for 12 minutes, turning halfway through until golden brown.
  • Allow the chips to cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Notes
