How to Make Stuffed Dates

  • Line a large tray with parchment paper to keep the dates from sticking while they chill.

  • Melt the coconut oil in a bowl by microwaving for about 30 seconds, then stir in the cacao powder until smooth.
  • Let the melted chocolate cool slightly before drizzling it over the stuffed dates.
  • Pop the tray into the refrigerator for around 20 minutes to let the chocolate harden.
