  • 4 oz Chopped Chocolate melted Ghirardelli 60% cacao
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips optional but recommended
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 cup Milk can swap with almond or soy milk
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened)
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour can swap for gluten-free blend
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt unsweetened for best results

Optional Add-Ins

  • 1/2 cup Nuts your favorite nuts
  • 1/2 cup Dried Fruits like cranberries or cherries

Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Melt the chopped chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring intermittently until smooth.
  • Whisk together the melted chocolate, Greek yogurt, and sweetener until smooth.
  • Combine in a separate bowl the flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda. Gradually incorporate into the chocolate mixture.
  • Pour in the milk and mix until fully combined. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  • Transfer the batter into the prepared baking pan, smoothing the top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Cool the brownies in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Serve with a dollop of Greek yogurt or fresh fruits for an added touch of richness.
