How to Make Chicken and Potato Casserole

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Peel and chop potatoes into ½-inch cubes.
  • Cook bacon and onion in a skillet until golden brown.
  • Mix cream of chicken soup, cream of potato soup, sour cream, milk, poultry seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and cheese in a bowl until smooth.
  • Stir in chopped potatoes, chicken, mixed vegetables, crumbled bacon, and onion.
  • Pour into a greased baking dish and cover with foil.
  • Bake for 60-75 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  • Remove foil, add remaining cheese and bake uncovered for 8-10 minutes.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
