Cooking Instructions

  • Start by pouring 2 tablespoons of water onto a large microwave-safe dinner plate.
  • Gently lay the two cobs of corn on the plate.
  • Invert a second microwave-safe dinner plate on top of the corn.
  • Cook the corn in your microwave for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • If your corn wasn’t shucked, carefully cut off 1/2 inch from the stem end of each cob.
  • Remove the plate from the microwave and drain any excess water.
  • Spread the corn with 2 tablespoons of butter and sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon of salt.

Notes

For an extra kick, try adding a dash of paprika on top!
