Instructions
 

Making Frozen Yogurt Bark

  • In a mixing bowl, stir together Greek yogurt and honey until smooth and well blended.
  • Pour the yogurt mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  • Dollop ½ teaspoon of fruit spread or jam across the yogurt and gently swirl it using a knife.
  • Sprinkle granola evenly across the yogurt, followed by the quartered strawberries and blueberries.
  • Pop the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until the yogurt is firm to the touch.

Notes
