How to Make Graduation Cap Cupcakes

  • Preheat your oven to 350ºF.
  • Prepare the cake batter according to the package instructions and blend in the orange drink mix. Spoon the batter into 24 lined muffin cups.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely.
  • Spread 1 teaspoon of melted chocolate on each graham square. Refrigerate until firm.
  • Remove liners from cooled cupcakes and poke a deep hole in the center of each cupcake.
  • Pipe whipped topping into the hole and spread more on top.
  • Top each cupcake with a chocolate-covered graham cracker, chocolate-side up.
