Instructions
 

Marinate and Prepare

  • In a bowl, whisk olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Pound chicken breast to ½ inch thick for even cooking, then coat with marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Stir until smooth and creamy, then refrigerate for a little while to let the flavors meld together.

Cook
