Ingredients
  

For the Espresso

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar Adds a rich sweetness
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon Optional
  • 1 shot double shot of espresso Provides a robust caffeine kick

For the Milk Base

  • 1/2 cup milk Use your favorite kind, oat or almond milk is recommended

  • In an espresso shot glass, add brown sugar and ground cinnamon (if desired). Brew your double shot of espresso directly over the mixture and stir well to dissolve the sugar completely.
  • Take a tall glass and fill it with ice. Pour in 1/2 cup of milk over the ice.
  • In a cocktail shaker, add at least 6 ice cubes and pour the brown sugar espresso mixture over them. Secure the lid tightly and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until frothy.
  • Pour the frothy espresso over the milk-filled glass. Gently stir to combine.

Notes

Optional: Garnish with a sprinkle of extra cinnamon on top for added flavor.
