How to Make Mulberry Jam

  • Wash the mulberries thoroughly under cold water and remove the green stems.
  • Combine mulberries, honey, and water in a thick-bottomed pan. Cook on medium heat for about 10-15 minutes until the fruit is soft.
  • Add chia seeds and cook for another 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Adjust consistency with water if needed.
  • Remove from heat and let the jam cool completely before transferring it to an airtight jar.
