Ingredients
  

For the Filling

  • 1 cup Graham Crackers Crushed
  • 1 cup Smooth Peanut Butter Natural preferred
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar Can substitute with sugar alternative
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Can use almond extract as a substitute
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter Can use coconut oil for dairy-free version
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt Optional

For the Candy Coatings

  • 1 cup Colored Candy Coating Melts For decorative elements
  • 2 cups Chocolate Candy Coating Melts Use dark, milk, or white chocolate

  • Prepare the Filling: Crush graham crackers, then mix with peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, butter, and salt until smooth. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Create Decorations: Melt colored coating melts, use to create designs in silicone egg molds. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes or until set.
  • Make Chocolate Shells: Melt chocolate coating melts and brush inside each decorated mold. Chill for 20 minutes or until hardened.
  • Fill Molds: Press peanut butter filling into molds, leaving space for chocolate.
  • Seal with Chocolate: Cover filling with melted chocolate, smooth to seal. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
  • Unmold Eggs: Flex molds gently to release eggs and enjoy!

Notes

Drizzle additional melted chocolate on top for a decorative touch. Store in an airtight container.
