Ingredients
  

For the Dough

  • 1 batch Sicilian brioche dough This dough ensures a soft and fluffy texture.

For the Filling

  • 1 jar Pistachio cream A luscious filling that adds richness.
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted chopped pistachios Reserve some for topping.

For the Topping

  • 2 tablespoons Melted butter Brush on top for golden color.
  • remaining portion Additional chopped pistachios Sprinkle on top for flavor.

Instructions
 

Making the Rolls

  • Prepare the Sicilian brioche dough until step #7, allowing it to rest for 3 hours.
  • Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan with melted butter to prevent sticking.
  • Flatten the dough using a rolling pin into a rectangle shape, approximately 12 x 18 inches.
  • Spread the entire jar of pistachio cream over the surface of the dough, leaving a one-inch border.
  • Sprinkle ½ cup of chopped pistachios over the pistachio cream.
  • Roll the dough tightly from the long end facing you, ensuring the seam side is down.
  • Trim a small piece off both ends and bake these scraps separately.
  • Cut the roll into 12 equal pieces using a serrated knife or unflavored dental floss.
  • Arrange the rolls in the prepared baking pan and let them rest for 45 minutes to an hour.
  • Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle the remaining chopped pistachios evenly.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and bake for 25-30 minutes until the rolls are golden brown.
  • Let rest in the pan for 15 minutes before lifting them out with a spatula.

Notes

Serve with a dollop of whipped cream for an indulgent treat. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
