Cooking Instructions

  • Slice the cabbage into quarters, remove the core, and slice thinly.
  • In a large skillet, melt the ghee over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onions and cook until softened, about 1 minute.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and then add the sliced cabbage. Sauté for about 12-15 minutes until tender and caramelized.
  • Season with kosher salt and black pepper, tossing everything together until well combined.
