How to Make Spring Cupcakes

  • First, soften the salted butter to room temperature. In a mixing bowl, cream the butter with half of the sifted confectioners sugar until smooth. Then, add the heavy whipping cream, fresh lemon juice, vanilla extract, and the remaining sugar. Beat until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
