  • 2 tbsp Green Food Coloring adjust for preferred shade
  • 2 large Eggs room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Oil can substitute with melted butter
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips can use dark chocolate chips

How to Make St. Patrick's Day Cookies

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the white cake mix, eggs, and oil. Stir until you get a thick, cohesive batter.
  • Mix in the green food coloring until you achieve the desired shade of green.
  • Gently incorporate the white chocolate chips into the dough.
  • Use a cookie scoop to place round dollops of dough on lined cookie sheets, spaced about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are slightly golden.
  • Allow the cookies to cool completely on a wire rack.
