Ingredients
  

For the Pasta

  • 8 ounces Tricolor Rotini

For the Veggies

  • 1 cup Tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup Cucumber diced
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Black Olives optional

For the Cheese

  • 1 cup Cabot Sharp Cheddar Cheese cubed

For the Dressing

  • 3/4 cup Wishbone Robusto Italian Dressing adjust to taste

How to Make Summer Pasta Salad

  • Cook the tricolor rotini according to the box instructions until al dente.
  • Drain the pasta and run cold water over it until it's no longer hot.
  • Combine the cooled rotini with tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, olives, cheese, and 3/4 of the dressing.
  • Chill the pasta salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Before serving, add the remaining dressing and mix again.

Notes

Optional: Garnish with freshly chopped basil before serving.
