How to Make 3 Ingredient Banana Bread

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mash 4 overripe bananas in a medium bowl until smooth.
  • Combine 2 eggs into the mashed bananas, mixing until just blended.
  • Stir the banana-egg mixture into the dry yellow cake mix, along with 1 tablespoon of optional cinnamon, until fully combined.
  • Grease two small loaf pans and pour the batter evenly between them.
  • Bake for about 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
