Ingredients
  

For the Dough

  • 4 cups Flour Use unbleached all-purpose or bread flour for best results.
  • 1.5 cups Water Lukewarm, essential for hydration.
  • 1 tablespoon Salt Diamond Crystal kosher or Baleine fine sea salt recommended.
  • 1 packet Yeast Instant yeast is preferred.

Making the Dough

  • Place the bowl in a warm spot to let the dough rise for about 1.5 hours.

  • Allow the dough balls to rest for an hour or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
  • Preheat your oven to 550°F.
  • Gently stretch each dough ball into a round shape, top with sauce and toppings.
  • Bake for 5-6 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
