How to Make Cabbage Soup

  • Prepare the cabbage by trimming the core and cutting it into thin strips.
  • Slice the onion thinly.
  • In a large pot, melt ghee over medium heat and sauté the onions for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the sliced cabbage and cook for 5-7 minutes until wilted.
  • Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a gentle boil, then simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

Notes
