Instructions
How to Make 4th of July Jello Shots
- Prepare Your Cups: Start by placing 3-oz plastic cups onto a cookie sheet.
- Make Blue Layer: Bring 2 cups of water to a boil and whisk in the berry blue Jello mix.
- Add Vodka: Mix in 1 cup of Red White & Berry Vodka once the blue Jello is dissolved.
- Cool the Mixture: Add 1 cup of cold water, stir and let cool for about 20 minutes.
- Pour the Blue Layer: Pour the blue gelatin mixture into shot cups, fill ⅓ full and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Make White Layer: Boil another 2 cups of water, whisk in sweetened condensed milk and unflavored gelatin.
- Add the White Layer: Pour the cooled white gelatin mixture into the cups and refrigerate for another 2 hours.
- Prepare Red Layer: Whisk the strawberry Jello mix into 2 cups of boiling water, then add vodka and cold water.
- Cool and Add Red Layer: Let cool for 25-30 minutes and pour into shot cups, filling close to the top.
- Garnish Before Serving: Top with whipped cream and patriotic sprinkles just before serving.
