  • 12 oz Cream Cheese Make sure it's cold for best texture.
  • 150 g Granulated Sugar Can substitute with a sugar alternative.
  • Kosher Salt A small pinch enhances flavor.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Use cold for optimal results.
  • 1.5 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract Optional but highly recommended.

For Decoration

  • 1/3 cup Fresh Blueberries Can swap for other berries if preferred.
  • 1.5 cups Fresh Raspberries Strawberries can also work as an alternative.
  • Confectioners' Sugar Optional for dusting and sweetness.

  • Prepare Cake: Follow boxed cake mix instructions, enhancing with vanilla extract or yogurt. Pour batter into greased baking dish and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Make Frosting: In stand mixer, combine cold cream cheese, granulated sugar, and a pinch of kosher salt. Beat until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes, then gradually add heavy cream and vanilla extract.
  • Decorate Cake: Once cooled, spread half of the cream cheese frosting evenly over the top. Use piping bag to create a border and arrange blueberries and raspberries in stripes.
  • Finish Decoration: Pipe frosting between raspberry rows to create white stripes. Dust lightly with confectioners' sugar.
  • Serve: Slice into squares and serve, delighting everyone with its festive design.

Notes
