Ingredients
  

For the Filling

  • 6 cups Fresh peaches peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Light brown sugar adds sweetness
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch thickens filling
  • 2 tbsp All-purpose flour (or almond flour)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt enhances sweetness
  • 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon for flavor

For the Topping

  • 1 1/2 cups Old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar for crunch
  • 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon for flavor
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour (or almond flour)
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter melted

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Prepare your baking dish by lightly spraying with nonstick spray or buttering it.
  • Mix together the fresh peaches, brown sugar, cornstarch, flour, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  • Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, flour, and cinnamon in the same bowl with a hand mixer.
  • Dot the oat mixture evenly on top of the peach filling.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes.
  • Serve warm, topped with ice cream or whipped cream.

Notes

Optional: Top with sliced almonds for extra crunch.
