Equipment

  • - Mixing bowl
  • Pizza pan
  • - Oven

Ingredients

For the Crust

  • 1 batch Sugar Cookie Dough Use homemade or store-bought
  • 1/2 cup Butter Softened
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

For the Frosting

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar Adjust for sweetness preference
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

For the Toppings

  • 1 cup Strawberries Sliced
  • 1 cup Kiwi Sliced
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 medium Banana Sliced
  • Additional Fruit Options Mango or peaches

Instructions

Prepare

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar cookie dough, softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract until well blended. Spread the dough evenly onto a greased pizza pan and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden brown. You'll want it to be soft for that chewy texture!
  • In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy. The mixture should have a luscious consistency, perfect for spreading over your crust.
  • Once the crust has cooled completely, generously spread the cream cheese frosting over the top. Slice your fresh fruit and artfully arrange them in beautiful patterns atop the frosting.
  • Place the assembled fruit pizza in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to let the frosting firm up slightly. After chilling, slice your masterpiece and serve it chilled.

Notes

Drizzle with honey or a sprinkle of lime zest for an extra zing!
