How to Make Lobster Tails with Garlic Lemon Butter

  • Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut along the shell of each lobster tail. Crack the ribcage gently and butterfly the tails.
  • Move your oven rack to the upper third position and preheat it to broil on high.
  • In a small bowl, combine parsley, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
  • Place the butterflied lobster tails in a roasting pan. Drizzle the marinade over each tail and dot with pieces of unsalted butter.
  • Broil for about 10-11 minutes until the lobster meat is opaque and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  • Collect the drippings from the pan in a small saucepan and mix with any remaining butter, heating gently until melted.

Notes

Serve with fresh lemon wedges for an extra zing! Storage tips include refrigerating for up to 3 days or freezing for 3 months.
