  • Heat your grill to 400 degrees F. This temperature will ensure your chicken cooks evenly and develops that beautiful char we all love.
  • Place marinated chicken on the grill and cook for approximately 6 minutes on each side. You’re aiming for a juicy interior while achieving a lovely golden exterior. Remove from the grill and top each piece with a slice of mozzarella.
