  • 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds Optional but recommended.
  • 1/2 cup Raisins Can be swapped with cranberries or apricots for variety.

Directions

  • Heat the peanut butter and honey together in a microwave for 15-30 seconds until warm and easy to stir.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the warm peanut butter and honey with oat flour, vanilla extract, chia seeds, and raisins until fully combined.
  • Use a small scoop or your hands to portion out the mixture, rolling it into 1-inch balls.
  • Place the formed energy balls in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
