- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 3 cups chopped broccoli
- 1½ cups snap peas
- 1 lb raw shrimp peeled and deveined
- Sauce
- ⅓ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp arrowroot or cornstarch

Heat oil in large skillet. Add veggies and sauté 6–8 minutes.
Whisk sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Add shrimp to skillet. Cook 2–3 minutes until pink.
Pour in sauce and stir everything together.
Cook 4 minutes until sauce thickens. Serve hot over rice.
