Ingredients
  

  • Stir Fry
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 3 cups chopped broccoli
  • cups snap peas
  • 1 lb raw shrimp peeled and deveined
  • Sauce
  • cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp arrowroot or cornstarch
  • Optional Toppings
  • Sesame seeds
  • Green onions
  • Red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in large skillet. Add veggies and sauté 6–8 minutes.
  • Whisk sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add shrimp to skillet. Cook 2–3 minutes until pink.
  • Pour in sauce and stir everything together.
  • Cook 4 minutes until sauce thickens. Serve hot over rice.
