Baking Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the ingredients by chopping the spinach, chives, and sun-dried tomatoes, and dicing the ham.
  • Whisk together the Greek yogurt and eggs in a large bowl until smooth.
  • Sift and combine flour, flaxseed, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, black pepper, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  • Mix the wet and dry ingredients gently with a spatula until just combined.
  • Fold in the chopped spinach, chives, sun-dried tomatoes, ham, cooked chicken sausage, cheddar cheese, feta cheese, and basil.
  • Shape the dough into 12 thick disks and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top of each biscuit.
  • Bake for 5 minutes at 400°F, then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for another 20 minutes.
  • Cool the biscuits on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before serving.
