Instructions

  • Combine mixtures by adding the blended cottage cheese to the dry ingredients, stirring until a shaggy dough forms.
  • Shape the dough by lightly flouring a surface, turning out the dough, and flattening it into a rough disk.
  • Divide the dough into 10 pieces, rolling each into a ball.
  • Arrange rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each.
  • Brush each roll with the egg wash.
  • Bake for 23-25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Cool briefly on the baking pan for 2-3 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
