  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Buffalo Sauce e.g., Frank’s RedHot
  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • 2 cups Shredded Chicken rotisserie chicken is great
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese or Monterey Jack
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

For the Garnish

  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1/4 cup Blue Cheese Crumbles

Preparation Steps

  • Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Sauté minced garlic for about 15 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add cubed cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Cook and whisk until smooth.
  • Stir in shredded chicken and cheddar cheese until melted.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with blue cheese crumbles and parsley.
  • Serve immediately with celery sticks, chips, or fresh veggies.

Notes
