Instructions
 

Making the Salad

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, paprika, kosher salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the crab meat, finely diced celery, and shallot. Mix gently to preserve the delicate texture.
  • Pour the creamy dressing over the crab mixture. Gently fold everything together until well-coated.
  • Sprinkle your favorite fresh herbs over the top.
  • Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to 30 minutes before serving.
